We would like to welcome you to our blog page for our Fairfax-DC campus. Veritas Collegiate Academy is an international classical Christian school which was founded in 2006 by Sean and Maria Elgut. Their aim is to help individual students on their journey to discovering their individual skills, talents, and leadership abilities while learning the gift of discernment and persuasive articulation in light of the Scriptures and joyful submission to God.

Hedy Mora
Hedy Mora is the Office Manager and Director of Admissions for our Fairfax - DC campus. She will be blogging about fun activities for the family including day trips to DC, hiking and canoeing in Virginia, tips for safe and healthy kids, as well as explaining a Classical education in an easy-to-understand way.
Bob Rubinow
Bob Rubinow is our Vice Principal and a Licensed Professional Counselor who comes to us from a background in developing award-winning behavioral health treatment programs for troubled youth. His blogs will focus on the psychology of families, kids, and teens. Look for topics such as Embracing the Turbulent Teens, Parenting without Exasperation: the Loving, Logical Way, and the 7 A's Every Kid Needs.
