Veritas Time Travel Summer Camp

Travel back in time at the Veritas Time Travel Summer Camp. Campers will learn and experience the Ancient Civilizations, Middle Ages, Age of Exploration, Early America, Colonial America to Industrial Age through fun and engaging activities. The camp will include Bible, History, Math, Science, geography, art, games, robotics, swimming, and lots of field trips. Classes will be jam-packed with educational hands-on activities such as science experiments, scavenger hunts, math games, treasure hunts, dramatizations, and building activities. 6 weeks of summer camp to choose from starting on June 27, 2022 and ending on Aug. 5, 2022

Accelerated Math Camp

Would you like your student to move ahead one grade in math? Does your student need a review of math to better prepare them for the next year? This is the camp for them. We will take them where they are and move them to the next level. This is a six week camp for grades K - 8. Math instruction will be from 8:00am to 12:00pm for the six weeks. In the afternoons they will participate in fun activities like games, field trips, and pool time. The 6 week session is only $3900 and runs from June 27 to August 5. Lunches can be purchased separately for $60 a week which includes nutritious lunches and snacks.

Veritas Summer Camp Registration Information

 

Camp Fees:

  • Veritas Time Travel Camp Fee is $425 per week except for the 2nd week which is $340
  •  A six week session is $2400. If the 6 weeks includes the 2nd week, the price is $2350.
  •  Accelerated Math Camp is $3900 for the six-week session.
  • The weekly Lunch/snack fee is $60 ($50 for the short week). It must be paid upfront. No refunds for missed meals.
  •  There is a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $250 required at the time of registration.
  •  There is a sibling discount of 10% off the total due for each sibling registered after the first child. This will show on the final invoice not on the initial $250 payment.
  •  A $50 late fee will be assessed for final balance payments and/or required health forms received after the due date.
  •  A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
  •  Fees are not prorated for absences or partially-attended sessions.

REGISTERING FOR CAMP

In 4 Steps

Step 1 - Register Online

  • Register online. Fill out one online registration form per child.
  • Submit a $250 deposit online using a credit card.
  • A receipt will be emailed to you afterwards.

 Step 2 - Submit remaining balance

  • To ensure that a child’s space is guaranteed, please remit the remaining balance by Friday, May 20, 2022 or within 7 days of receiving the emailed invoice if registering after this date.
  • The invoice will be sent by mid-April and will come directly from Veritas Collegiate Academy.
 Step 3 - Submit Required Forms

  • Submit all required forms AND pay your remaining balance by Friday, May 20, 2022, or within 7 days of registering after this date.
  • If you register later than 7 days prior to the start date, forms must be submitted by the first day of class.
  • Children without proper paperwork will not be allowed to attend camp until all forms are submitted, and a $50 late fee will be assessed

Step 4 - June Welcome Information

Parents/guardians will receive information in early June with details on camp policies, pick-up and drop-off procedures and more.

Changing/Dropping Sessions

  • If you want to change sessions, email leagy@veritasca.com directly.
  • After Friday, May 20, 2022 no drops or changes will be allowed, no refunds will be given, and parents/guardians are responsible for paying in full for all sessions for which your child is registered.
  • The deposits paid at the time of the registration are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Refunds are not given for absences or partially-attended sessions.
